Latakia, sun-cured Orientals, mature Virginias, and full-bodied Kentucky leaf are blended together to produce this old-fashioned English smoke by Erik Stokkebye.
This hardy blend celebrates the oldest battleship in the U.S. Navy, the U.S.S. Constitution. This blend is a latakia lovers dream. A high percentage of Cyprian latakia is complimented by Kentucky, Oriental, and Virginia tobaccos. Cake aged for twelve weeks, this flake cut blend is full and cool smoking.
Paul Revere’s famous midnight ride is commemorated in this luxurious blend. Virginia grades from three of the finest growing regions are combined with Oriental tobacco, Cyprian latakia, and a touch of perique. A relaxing, cool, and medium bodied smoke perfect for quiet, reflective moments.

Though the Stokkebye tobacco tradition dates back to 1882, the Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation brand wasn’t founded until 2012, and the 2012 Anniversary Blend commemorates that establishment. Composed entirely of mature Virginias pressed and cut into flakes, it features a subtle pear flavoring for a hint of sweetness and a satisfyingly rich smoking experience. It’s a remarkable blend from the esteemed tobacconist, continuing their historic legacy and passion for producing quality pipe tobaccos.

In long gone times, when imposing sail ships crossed the Seven Seas, English sailors were popularly called “Salty Dogs”. They always took care to have a pocket sized block of sweet Virginia tobacco with them, which they would take a slice off to then rub out and smoke in their cutty pipes. In heavy weather, they would opt to just bite off a corner to enjoy as a stimulating piece of chewing tobacco.
Selected sweet Virginias with a small pinch of perique, classically enhanced with Caribbean rum, are matured over a long time in the press. The result is a dark brown, full and pleasant pipe tobacco in traditional style offering you a comfortably cool and smooth smoking experience. Unlike ordinary flakes, it was not cut into slices, but packaged as a solid piece of real plug tobacco. Enjoy it in pipes with smaller bowls.
The signing of the final draft of the Declaration of Independence was one of the United States defining moments. This momentous event is celebrated in this blend of the finest grades of Virginia tobaccos combined with black cavendish and a small portion of latakia. Inspired by a compilation of 1933-1934 Benny Carter recordings by the same name, Dan Tobacco’s Devil’s Holiday is a gentle Black Cavendish with tips of Golden Virginia, flavored with sweet wild forest berries. Hellishly good and heavenly delicious.

Erik Paul, his Grandfather, was an entrepreneur and collector who loved to travel and experience many things. The 1897 blend is a colorful combination of light, golden Virginias, bronze Burley and a touch of black cavendish. The base of rich vanilla combines with notes of mild, sweet honey for a gentle aromatic sweetness. The 1897 has more black cavendish in it and has more sweetness in terms of the vanilla flavors, and it is a little bit milder.
Max Erik’s is a blend of ripe Virginia tobaccos from the Carolinas and Georgia. The Blend is pressed into cakes for 7 days prior to cutting the cakes into flakes. A delightful smoke with natural sweetness and fresh citrus notes.
