This flake blend is a tribute to my grandfather’s creative mind in making special pipe tobacco blends developed over a century ago. It is composed of select ripe Virginias with notes of grass, citrus, and natural sweetness. The humidor box motif is a depiction of the entrance to my grandfather’s factory (painting dated 1942). My grandfather started this factory in 1927 and the building was comprised of the factory, retail shop, and living quarters. it was among five tobacco factories in the town of Odense, Denmark producing pipe tobacco, cigars, and nasal/oral snuff.
