The Country Squire Return & Exchange Policy
At The Country Squire, we take pride in every pipe, tobacco, and accessory we send out. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Tobacco Returns
We can accept returns on
factory-sealed tins or jars of tobacco that are
unopened and undamaged within
14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately,
our house blends and bulk tobaccos cannot be returned once they’ve left our shop.
Pipes and Accessories
If you receive a pipe or accessory that is
damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within
7 days of delivery. Items must be
unused and in original condition (with original packaging when applicable).
- We can email you a prepaid return label for convenience.
- A $12 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and processing.
- If the return is due to an error on our end or a defective item, we’ll, of course, cover all costs.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please let us know right away. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make sure the issue is resolved promptly.
