I am a relatively new pipe enthusiast and like sweet aromatics with a smooth burn in the pipe. I was hoping for a flavorful and cool smoke, but, I got a hot no coconut tasting tobacco. I will admit I did pay attention to the cut of the tobacco and probably wouldn’t have bought it if I realized the fine cut equals a super hot smoke, burned fast, with a tongue bite that was more than I imagined and just wasn’t fun to smoke on a relaxing evening. I think this might be either good to blend with something or best served by putting it in the trash….a good lesson learned by a newbie. Next time I will talk to the tobacconist at Country Squire before venturing out to a new kind of tobacco
