While all of Gawith, Hoggarth & Co.’s rope-cut tobaccos are known for their strength, the partially cooked leaf in Black Irish X produces a mellower, smoother smoke than its bolder counterpart, Brown Irish X. This makes it an excellent introduction for those curious about rope tobaccos—rich in flavor, deeply satisfying, yet remarkably approachable.
