Not a straight Burley! This is our take on the standard, but with a sweet twist. No bite. Great by itself or as a blending tobacco.

In terms of quality this is a great choice for someone looking for a mellow smoking and aromatically pleasing tobacco blend. No harshness or bad aftertaste . . . just a nice smooth smoke. It seemed pretty relaxed on the nicotine, and overall is a good option for someone looking for a simple yet sweet smoking blend. I appreciate the great cut and I am excited to continue trying out more from the Country Squire!

Wow! What a surprise. This is like Prince Albert on steroids…… Wonderful nutty and smooth burley flavor with a nice sweet finish, but nor sugary sweet. More like toasted pecans. No bite at all, lights and burns well, and is good to the last puff. A fantastic all day smoke. If you are in to burleys at all, you really need to try this.

Absolutely delightful. Smokes great, really nice flavor and the room note is wonderful. I can see this as an all day smoke for me.

My absolute favorite Burley Tobacco to smoke.

This became my all-day the second I finished the very first bowl of it. Best-behaved tobacco I’ve ever smoked. Pack it to that ‘water through a straw’ density in the bowl, gentle tamp ow & then as you smoke, & it’ll smoke right down to ash with enough dottle to maybe cover your thumbnail without a relight. Not a perfumey room note or flavor. Just honest, very slightly sweet tobacco smoke. I buy the durn stuff by the pound now.

Perfect. Easy, cool, stays lit. This and Parson’s Blend are top notch.

I live in Robertson County, Tennessee. Once considered by many to be the Burley capital of the world. Tobacco is still a big part of this county. There’s hardly anything, except maybe Texas style barbecue or Nashville style hot chicken, that smells as good as that of burley being fired in old well seasoned barns with its intoxicating sweetness drifting out over farmed fields and down dark hollers on a cool autumn day. The Country Squire’s Sweet Burley blend, however, comes close. If you’re looking for a sweet, mild, velvety blend that burns well and doesn’t bite back then look no further than The Country Squire’s Sweet Burley…it’s about as close to perfection (imho) as any burley blend I’ve smoked!
